137 lux collection & giveaway.

8.23.2012

Today I want to share a gorgeous new collection with you from Timeless Treasures!  It's called the Lux collection, and I think you are going to love it!
On trend with several other collections coming out this fall, these use metallic inks!  There are two colorways, black and gold, and blue and silver.  The blues are mostly a beautiful shade of cobalt blue, with some turquoise mixed in.  The prints I'm sharing here were sent to me by Timeless Treasures, and are just a small sampling of some of my favorites. There are lots of others including feathers, peacocks, and an fun art deco city print available too. I'll be doing a tutorial with some of these prints very soon!

Here are a few of the black and gold prints.
This Paisley Floral reminds me of a henna tattoo!   So pretty.
This one looks like ferris wheels to me!  It's has an awesomely large scale which would be great for pillows and clothing.
This small scale Sequin dot is so sweet and cute.
This picture gives you a better idea of the scale of the prints.
Can you see how sparkly they are?  It's so hard to photograph!
Here are a few of the blue and silver prints.
This Geo print in Cobalt is my absolute favorite, I'm dying to make a clutch out of this one!
This Shimmer print has a fun  marbled look, with speckled silver that looks like glitter all over it.
Again, the Sequins!  I want a clutch out of this one too!  Or maybe a Washi tunic?
Here are all the blues again.  Such pretty dimension in these prints.
I think this collection is perfect for clothes, bags, and home decor items!  It's available now, so hopefully it will be popping up in some of our favorite fabric stores soon.

In the meantime, Timeless Treasures is offering up a fat quarter bundle of the entire Lux collection to one of you!

To enter, simply leave a comment on this post telling me what you'd make with these beautiful metallic prints.  As always, followers get an extra entry, so leave an additional comment letting me know that you follow.  Please make sure to leave an email address in your comment if your profile is set to no-reply.  I'll announce the winner next Wednesday!  Good luck :)

Update:  This giveaway is now closed.  Congrats to our winner, Adele!  Thank you all for entering!
