8 Blogger Bundles!

7.18.2012

So yesterday you heard all about my visit to Pink Castle Fabrics.  Today I'm sharing the blogger bundles I put together while I was there!

The first one is called Fabric Fiesta, and it's sitting on my cutting table just begging to be turned into a picnic quilt!  Maybe with some natural linen mixed in?
I took a few of the Maya prints by Leah Duncan and pulled in some basics to coordinate.  I love that dotty stripe print so much!
Next is Holly's Road Trip, which is a pretty perfect name don't you think?  The naming was all Brenda!
This one happened by accident while we were cutting the fabrics I had picked out to bring home.  The bolts were stacked up next to each other and I just couldn't resist.
The beginnings of a bundle for sure.  More wonky stars perhaps?  If only I had more time to sew!

Making these was so much fun, thanks Brenda for the opportunity!  Head over to Pink Castle Fabrics to pick up one for yourself if you're interested!

7 bundled up: green.

In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, a green bundle o' fabrics for you.
Here's the breakdown of the fabrics I chose:

Here are all the greens, grays, and whites one more time, all together.
Hope you're enjoying the day with a green beer!  I know I will be soon :)

6 bundled up: neon.

I thought it might be fun to start a new series where I put together a bundle of fabrics to share with you!  I like to put together fabric combinations even if I may not have a specific project in mind for them.  This latest bundle came to me one day while I was picking fabrics for my Single Girl blocks.
It looks kind of neon doesn't it?  It reminds me when I was a kid, sitting in my bedroom surrounded by piles of neon Hot Loops!  Does anyone else remember those?

Anyway, back to the bundle.  Let's see which fabrics are included here.

That's a lot of different fabrics!  Here they are again all together.
What would you make from this bundle?  I'm thinking a simple patchwork quilt or duvet cover for a teenage girl would be perfect!  I just happen to have a sister that fits in that category, I wonder if she could use a new blanket for her bed...
