Happy Friday!  I am in a really good mood today, I hope you are too! :)  Our restaurant finally reopens on Monday after experiencing some severe damage from burst pipes earlier this year.  Half of the building was basically gutted, but it's finally put back together now and looking really nice.  I can't wait to be able to eat there again, I can't decide what I'm going to order first!  :)  The Quiltcon 2015 dates were announced today too, and I'm really looking forward to heading to Austin again!

4 playing catch-up.

Two posts in one week!  A record for me lately.  I've been busy prepping to shoot my first wedding this weekend (I might die of nervousness!), so no sewing to speak of this week.  I did start making these plus blocks recently with Laura Gunn's new Edges collection.

Nothing really new and exciting as far as design is concerned, I think everyone is making some sort of plus block lately!  But I did figure out how to construct them with minimal cutting using charm packs.
